Having gained experience in Family and Civil dispute resolution, Deborah has been involved, first hand, in a number of sensitive cases in which she increasingly seeks to promote the non-adversarial mediation process which allows the client to retain an element of control over the final outcome.

This is particularly a preferred option in Civil matters to avoid the costs involved in lengthy and expensive litigation.

Deborah also practices in the areas of Inheritance, Wills and Probate. Her calm manner and good listening skills combined with promotion of a mediation approach has worked to resolve many a dispute.
