Mediation offers consumers an out of Court means of seeking to resolve disputes when issues arise with goods or services and although you have exhausted the seller or supplier’s complaints procedure, you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome. With the assistance of an independent mediator these disputes can be resolved in a mutually acceptable way that is quicker and less expensive than going to Court.
