Background

Martin Hanna has been practicing in the area of dispute resolution on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants for 25 years since his qualification as a solicitor in 1997.

Whilst his background is mainly High Court litigation, Martin is passionate about mediation as a form of dispute resolution.

His belief is that mediation is a dynamic means of resolving disputes which empowers the parties to resolve their own disputes in a very cost effective and creative way as an alternative to costly and contentious litigation.
