Background

I qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and have worked at Donnelly Neary & Donnelly since my qualification. I am now the Managing Director of my firm and have extensive experience in all areas of law, though I specialise in commercial and property law.

I am also a Notary Public and am the current President of the College of Notaries in Northern Ireland.

I am a Treasurer of the Irish Legal History Society.

I was formerly the Deputy Chair of the Statutory Committee of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland. I was also previously a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
