Background

Ian has experience in a wide range of legal and commercial matters and in particular expertise in business, corporate and property law, strategic business advice, private client and international enterprise development.

Ian's mediation experience has involved resolution of shareholder disputes, partnership breakdown and corporate restructuring. This has not always been in ‘dispute’ situations and includes experience of working through succession planning and strategic realignment of family businesses and negotiation of banking and finance issues.
